Plot Synopsis: it all takes place inside the head of a guy who is a serial killer and has multiple personalities. He is given a medication that will kill of each personality. This takes place in his head as an elaborate sort of role play. And we get to watch the characters kill each other off one by one in a hotel setting that doesn't seem to have any beginning or end. Very twilightesque.
